Seats cancelled at least 7 days before the training start date are eligible for a full refund or transfer to a future batch. Cancellations within 7 days of the start date may be subject to a partial refund at ISK Technologies' discretion.
Digital downloads (templates, guides) are non-refundable once the download link has been issued, except where the file is defective or does not match its description.
Cancellation terms for procurement, product development and PMO engagements are set out in the individual service agreement or purchase order for that project.
