"Buy Now" items (products and digital templates) are ordered directly through the shop cart and checkout form. "Book Now" items (training and workshops) reserve a seat pending confirmation and, where applicable, payment. "Request a Quote" items require a formal quotation before any order is confirmed.
Prices shown for fixed-fee items are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without notice. Quote-based items are priced individually based on scope.
An order submitted through the shop is recorded with status "Pending" until reviewed and confirmed by our team by phone or email.
Payment methods and schedules (e.g. advance/balance for training, milestone payments for custom projects) are communicated at the time of order confirmation.
